RUBBER STAMP FOR CUSTOMIZING EMPANADAS
A widely used option is to mark empanadas with food ink, with the name of the restaurant and/or the flavor of the content. It’s the cheapest option.
It is a special rubber seal to customize the empanadas with food ink, marking them before baking or freezing.
This custom stamp to mark Argentine empanadas is made with 6mm thick rubber.
The embossing of the rubber stamp to mark empanadas, is 4mm. If the relief was minor, the base of the seal would make contact with the dough of the pie and would dirty the pie and therefore it would not be possible to make a correct marking of the empanadas.
On the other hand, the empanadas should have the right amount of flour, if it does not have no mark and if it has too much wrong mark.
We have all the necessary material to perform this type of work, it is necessary the seal for special rubber empanadas to mark Argentine custom empanadas, the buffer for special inks and the brown food ink.
Rubber and wood are not certified as valid for food use.
We also have meat ink with Halal certificates. The food grade ink (Halal certified) is not flammable because it doesn’t contain alcohol and can be exported everywhere without customs problems.

The food ink should be applied on the tray with the sponge to wet the tip of the rubber empanadas seal and then ink the empanada.
